Terms of Service

Please ready carefully the following terms & conditions associated to each of our services, as they act as a binding contract between Flight Slash and the customer.

1. Our services shall consist on the following:
a) Conducting a thorough assessment of all travel itinerary options, based on the initial service request form. The customer agrees that all information sent is correct and reflects his request;
b) Displaying the offered itinerary combinations using our algorithms, techniques and other data to provide the user a selection of tailored travel itineraries, enabling the customer to assess and manage the risk of missed connections and related disruptions to travel plans;
c) Brokerage of the Contract of Carriage between the user and the selected carrier(s);
d) Delivery of the flight ticket(s) - the itinerary - which the user have purchased as a result of a booking request.

2. The customer agrees that (unless any extraordinary circumstance, to be assessed by Flight Slash) the information will remain unchanged during the search and booking process.

3. The customer also agrees not to publicly disclose any information, trick or technique used in the requested service that may obtain as a result of using Flight Slash services.

4. The customer agrees to make a deposit (on the same amount of the service fee) at the time a booking form is sent to our servers. The final charge will only be released if all criteria is met by Flight Slash upon completion of the service. The service fee covers the cost of the experts who search for, build and book travel itineraries and/or document the steps necessary for the Customer to purchase flight tickets via a third party Airline or Travel Agent.

4a. The customer agrees to pay Flight Slash's service fee for the "Full Service" option even if he/she ends up not booking the discounted itinerary, if the search criteria is met.

5. In the event of a refund, Flight Slash agrees to concede the intellectual property of all sent material and/or digital files.

6. Our service guarantee:
Flight Slash guarantees that will:
i) Beat the quote provided by the customer (or the average published rate), by more than our service fee;
ii) Meet the customer’s defined search criteria for his itinerary;
iii) Deliver the search results in less than 12 hours.

6a. Flight Slash may change its service fee for promotional reasons at any time. In any case, the service guarantee will be met if we beat the customer's quote by that promotional amount. 


7. If Flight Slash doesn't meet all requirements mentioned above, the customer will be automatically refunded. The refund will be processed through Stripe and may take a few hours or days to be credited.

8. If Flight Slash beats the quoted fare provided by the customer by more than its service fee AND meets all the defined search criteria, the service fee will automatically be collected. No refunds will be due. Flight Slash reserves the right to issue full or partial refunds, at its sole discretion, if a customer is not entirely satisfied with the service. The customer must clearly state the reasons for his complain. 

9. In order to beat the customer’s quote, a valid price is necessary once a request is made. Flight Slash considers a valid quote i) a direct (deep)link for a travel provider (airline or OTA), ii) a link to Google Flights itinerary, or iii) screenshot of a price, for a specified date and time in the future (more than 36 hours). The date, price, number of passengers, and itinerary MUST be clearly visible on any of the accepted formats.

9a. If the customer asks for accommodation at time of booking request, accommodation price will be added to the overall itinerary's price to beat. If no price is given for accommodation, Flight Slash will consider the lowest 4-star hotel displayed in Google Flights/hotels rate.

10. In the event of a missing valid quote, or if any of its components are not visible, Flight Slash will consider the average published nonstop fare for each cabin service on Google Flights as the price to beat for its guarantee. The customer will be notified of the published fare. No refunds are due.

11. If by any external circumstance Flight Slash can’t deliver its search results within the 12-hour period, we will inform the customer by email. The customer can either i) accept the delay and continue the service or ii) get a refund. If the customer doesn't reply to Flight Slash delay notification, Flight Slash will consider as an acceptance of the delay. 

12. Under no circumstances is Flight Slash liable to any Customer for any issues arising from i) their use or inability to use the product or service(s) or the breach of this agreement or ii) the contract between Customer and the travel product supplier or iii) the contract between the Customer and the Airline(s).

13. Flight Slash will not be liable for the provision of the respective services, and/or additional costs, nor will be liable for any damage, harm or loss arising out of any actions or omissions of any carrier or other third parties in connection with carriage to the destination, or with accommodation.

14. Flight Slash does not sell any travel products directly and is therefore not responsible for the quality and suitability of these products/services.

15. For the premium subscription, an annual fee is charged. Subscription can be cancelled at any time, but no refund will be due for any remaining unused period of time.

16. Although the premium subscription allows access to special deals form the customer's nearest airports, no guarantee can be made about the number of specially discounted fares. The customer agrees that despite all efforts from Flight Slash, those discounted fares, "hot deals" and "error fares" may or many not appear. No refund will be due in such case.

17. Flight Slash uses cookies to enable storing specific information related to the customer's PC or mobile device during your visit to this website. These cookies help us to check on the frequency of use and the number of users who visit our website, and to make our services to you as convenient and efficient as possible. Cookies cannot penetrate the user’s system and create damage there.

18. By using our services, the customer agrees to receive notifications and other promotional material, granted the right to opt-out from our mailing list at any time.
